Do I need special equipment for the restaurant or service?

Saturday does not require special devices – you can use standard Apple or Android smartphones belonging to the premises or restaurant employees. Operation applications are available free of charge in the Play Store and App Store.

Is the setup really that fast?

An example setup was tested in a maximum of one hour in a premises with 400 items on the menu and 10 service employees. For a standard venue, this time should be even faster.

Will I receive marketing materials?

Yes! Saturday provides everything you need to serve your customers effectively. You will receive material for appropriate marking of the premises and table stands to make it easier for the customer to download and use the application for the first time.

How to onboard employees who do not speak Polish fluently? < THIS

Sobota perfectly understands current business challenges and a diverse workforce. The application for employees allows you to work in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian – so there is no need for special training and translations.

Zero! Saturday only charges when you and your business make money. There are no fixed costs – if you don’t sell anything, you don’t have to pay anything.

What is the notice period?

Saturday is a super flexible tool. There are no special procedures for starting or ending cooperation. If Saturday is not an option for you, simply delete your account. There is no need to terminate the contract or incur additional costs.

Do I have to pay the costs of processing cards and other means of payment?

NO! The commission to Sobota covers all customer service costs. The commission for handling cards, the BLIK system and other available means of payment is already included in the price. No additional fees will be charged beyond the commission from your success.
